Section 94
Disposition versions
94. The Minister may refuse to examine the sponsorship undertaking application of the legal person or group of 2 to 5 natural persons if, in the 3 years preceding the examination of the application, the legal person or group of persons has not complied with the obligations incumbent upon the person or group of persons under section 68 or 93 or has contravened section 95.

The Minister may refuse to examine the sponsorship undertaking application of the legal person or group of persons referred to in paragraph 3 of section 81 if, in the 2 years preceding the examination of the application, the legal person or group of persons has not complied with the obligations incumbent upon the person or group of persons under section 68 or 93 or has contravened section 95.
